Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure.
Sometimes it is useful to reboot the lock to solve an issue or to better understand the cause of a problem.
LOQED Touch
Briefly hold a 9V battery against the emergency-power pins on the outside Touch Display. After a few seconds the LOQED logo appears and the lock reboots.
Alternatively, remove one AA battery for a few seconds: remove the inside handle with the hex key, remove the metal cover, remove one battery briefly, then reinstall the battery, cover, plastic ring and handle.
LOQED Pure
Use the included 9V backup power cable if it was installed/routed to the exterior cylinder cover. Connect a 9V battery long enough to wake/reboot the lock.
If you have access from inside, disconnect and reconnect the rechargeable battery pack according to the Pure installation guidance.
After rebooting, wait for the lock to come back online before testing again.
