Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure.
The lock timezone is important for time schedules and keys with limited validity. If the timezone is wrong, scheduled keys may work at the wrong time or be refused.
Change the timezone
Go to app.loqed.com and log in with your LOQED account.
Click Locks in the top menu bar.
Click Manage for the lock you want to change.
Under Settings, select the correct timezone.
Click Change.
After changing the timezone, make sure the LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway is online so the lock can receive the updated setting.
