Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure. Some outside controls require a Touch Display or button accessory.
Lock from inside
Turn the inside knob to lock the door.
If Twist Assist is enabled, turn the knob slightly and the lock will complete the movement automatically.
On lift-to-lock doors, lift the handle manually before locking.
Lock from outside with LOQED Touch or Pure with Touch Display
Close the door.
When the display shows Touch to Lock, touch one of the display buttons.
If needed, press and hold one of the display buttons for about 2 seconds to lock.
Lock from outside with base LOQED Pure
Use the LOQED app when you are near the lock or when the gateway is online for remote control.
Use the included Shelly BLU Button if it has been configured to lock the door.
A base LOQED Pure without optional Touch Display does not have outside display buttons.
Lock remotely
You can lock remotely from the LOQED app when the lock is connected through the LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway. If Auto Unlock is enabled and you are close to the door, avoid leaving the app open unnecessarily because the lock may detect your phone nearby.
Automatic locking
Use automatic locking carefully. The lock cannot always determine whether the physical door is fully closed, so an automatic lock action could run while the door is open.
