Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure. PIN code use requires a Touch Display; app keys can work on both models.
If a scheduled key or a key with limited validity is refused, first check the key settings and then check whether the lock has a reliable time source.
Check the schedule or validity
Check the start and end date.
Check the allowed weekdays and time window.
Check that the user is using the correct key or PIN code.
For PIN codes, make sure the lock has a Touch Display and code access is enabled for that user.
Check bridge/gateway connection
Time-dependent keys rely on the lock knowing the correct time. The lock remembers the time when the bridge or gateway goes offline, but if the lock reboots while offline it can lose this information. In that case, scheduled or limited-validity keys may stop working until the connection is restored.
Bring the LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway back online, then try the key again. See: LOQED bridge or gateway is not connected.
