Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure.
Only an administrator can delete a lock. Deleting a lock removes it for all users and removes all keys for that lock.
Before you delete the lock
Make sure you really want to remove the lock for everyone.
If the lock has a Touch Display and you have a personal PIN code, that PIN may still be your fallback until the lock is reconfigured. A base LOQED Pure without optional Touch Display has no PIN entry on the door.
If you are moving the lock to a new owner or a new door, reconfiguring or transferring administrator access may be better than deleting it.
Delete the lock
Go to app.loqed.com.
Log in with your LOQED account.
Choose the lock you want to delete.
Click Delete.
