The LOQED Pure is a compact smart lock that mounts on the inside of a Euro profile door, on the position where the euro profile cylinder is. It connects to the LOQED app via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (through the included LOQED BLU Gateway) and does not replace your existing interior handle.
Door compatibility
Before installing the LOQED Pure, check which type of door fitting you currently have on the inside of your door.
Compatible door fittings
Round or oval rosette
If the inside of your door has a separate round or oval rosette (the decorative plate around the euro profile cylinder), the LOQED Pure is fully compatible. It mounts using the same screw holes as the existing rosette. No new holes required.No rosette (flush cylinder)
If the cylinder sits flush with the door surface and no separate rosette is present, the LOQED Pure is also compatible. It mounts directly onto the door surface using the included adhesive foam.Long shield / escutcheon
If your door has a long shield, a long plate that covers both the door handle and the cylinder together without a separate round rosette between them, the LOQED Pure is only compatible in combination with the LOQED Modular Cylinder. The Modular Cylinder is currently not yet released. To be notified when it becomes available, reach out to LOQED support via live chat in the LOQED app.

Euro profile lock (required)
Minimum clearance from cylinder centre to door frame edge: 30 mm
Door thickness: up to 110 mm for asymmetric doors, or up to 55 mm measured from the cylinder screw to the inside face

Not compatible: non-Euro profile cylinders (oval profile, Scandinavian, US deadbolts)

Installation overview
The full step-by-step installation guide with images is available inside the LOQED app. We recommend following the in-app guide as it adapts to your specific door situation. Below is a brief summary of what the installation involves.
Important: Work with the door open during the entire installation. The rings included in the box must be used during installation to maintain the SKG 3-star certification.
Remove existing door hardware
Remove the rosette (the round plate around the cylinder on the inside of the door). The interior handle stays in place. Remove the cylinder fixing screw on the edge of the door, then pull out the existing cylinder from the exterior side.Install the LOQED Cylinder
Insert the LOQED Cylinder from the exterior side of the door. Reinstall and lightly tighten the cylinder fixing screw. Do not overtighten. Verify the cylinder rotates smoothly.Mount the LOQED Pure interior unit
Position the interior housing over the cylinder tail, aligning it with the existing rosette screw holes. Use the included rings as spacers for proper fit, then secure the housing to the door.Install the Motor Module
Place the motor module over the cylinder tail and align the drive coupling. Secure it with the 3 provided screws using the hex key.Connect the battery and close the housing
Connect the battery pack to the motor module. Place the battery in its compartment, fit the motor module cover, and press the housing cover until it clicks shut.Install the exterior Cylinder Cap
Push the Euro Profile Cylinder Cap into the cylinder hole on the outside of the door to protect the cylinder and finish the exterior look.Set up with the LOQED app
The LOQED Pure powers on automatically once the battery is connected. Follow the guided setup in the app to pair the lock, configure settings, and calibrate. Keep the door open throughout this step.
Setting up with the LOQED app
Download the LOQED app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Create an account or log in.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Tap Set up a new lock or the + icon.
Follow the guided setup to pair the lock, configure settings, calibrate the motor, and test lock and unlock operations.
Enter your Wi-Fi credentials when prompted to connect the LOQED BLU Gateway for remote access.

Locking the door
Use the LOQED app
Single press the Shelly BLU Button Tough 1 ZB to lock (included in the box)
Touch the exterior LOQED Touch Display briefly within 5 seconds of closing the door, or long press at any time (optional accessory, sold separately)
Unlocking the door
Use the LOQED app (remotely or when nearby)
Double press the Shelly BLU Button Tough 1 ZB to unlock
Enter your PIN on the LOQED Touch Display (optional accessory, sold separately)
Use a physical key via the LOQED Modular Cylinder (optional accessory, sold separately)
From inside, the door handle always works manually
Battery and charging
The LOQED Pure uses a rechargeable battery pack (ICR18500, 11.1 V, 2400 mAh). The battery typically lasts 7–12 months with standard use (approximately 10 lock/unlock cycles per day). The LOQED app notifies you when the battery is running low.
To recharge, connect the included power adapter (3 metre cord) to the charging port on the LOQED Pure. The battery does not need to be replaced.
Emergency: battery completely depleted
If the battery is completely empty and the lock does not respond, you can use the included 9 V backup power cable:
Connect a standard 9 V block battery to the backup power cable. Polarity does not matter.
Wait approximately 20 seconds for the lock to power on.
Open the door using the LOQED app or the Shelly BLU Button Tough 1 ZB. Keep the 9 V battery connected while unlocking.
Troubleshooting
Lock does not power on
Re-seat the battery connector and verify the battery pack is charged.Lock does not respond to app commands
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that you are within 10 metres of the lock. Verify the LOQED BLU Gateway is powered and connected to Wi-Fi for remote access. Restart the app and retry.Lock mechanism is binding or incomplete
Re-run calibration in the LOQED app. Check for door or latch misalignment and ensure the cylinder fixing screw is not overtightened.Shelly BLU Button Tough 1 ZB not working
Replace the button battery (CR2032). If it still does not work, re-pair the button via Keys → Add new button in the LOQED app.

Does the LOQED Pure replace my interior door handle?
No. The interior handle stays in place and continues to work manually at all times.
Can I install the LOQED Pure myself?
Yes. The installation is straightforward and designed to be done yourself. The in-app guide walks you through each step with images tailored to your specific door situation. If you have any questions during installation, LOQED support is available via live chat in the LOQED app.
My door has a long shield. Can I still use the LOQED Pure?
If your door has a long shield (a long plate covering both the handle and cylinder without a separate round rosette), the LOQED Pure currently requires the LOQED Modular Cylinder, which is not yet available. To be notified when it launches, reach out to LOQED support via live chat in the LOQED app.
Can I use a physical key with the LOQED Pure?
The standard LOQED Cylinder does not support a physical key. The optional LOQED Modular Cylinder (sold separately) adds key access from the outside. The interior handle always operates the door manually from the inside.
What accessories are available for the LOQED Pure?
The LOQED Pure is compatible with the LOQED Touch Display (touch-to-open and PIN entry on the exterior) and the LOQED Modular Cylinder (physical key access). Both are sold separately.
Is the LOQED Pure certified?
Yes. The LOQED Pure holds SKG 3-star certification, which is the highest security rating for locks in Europe. The included rings must be installed during setup to maintain this certification.
