Enable or disable Touch to Open and Auto Unlock

How administrators can manage Touch to Open and Auto Unlock, including Pure applicability with the optional Touch Display.

Applies to: LOQED Touch, and LOQED Pure only when the optional LOQED Touch Display is installed. A base LOQED Pure without Touch Display does not have outside display buttons for Touch to Open.

Enable or disable Touch to Open for yourself

  1. Open the LOQED app and select your lock.

  2. Tap your own key, usually named My key.

  3. Scroll to My key settings.

  4. Enable or disable Touch to Open.

Enable or disable Touch to Open for another user

  1. Open the LOQED app as an administrator.

  2. Open your key and tap All keys.

  3. Choose the user key you want to change.

  4. Add or remove the Touch to Open permission and save the key.

Enable or disable Auto Unlock

Auto Unlock changes the lock from night lock to day lock while you approach, so the door can be opened faster. It is often used together with Touch to Open.

  1. Open the LOQED app and select the relevant key.

  2. Go to the key settings.

  3. Enable or disable Auto Unlock.

  4. For another non-admin user, change the permission from All keys and save the key.

If you have LOQED Pure without the optional Touch Display, use app control or the included Shelly BLU Button instead of Touch Display-based opening.
