If your phone is empty, the available backup options depend on your lock model and accessories.
LOQED Touch
Use your personal PIN code on the outside Touch Display, if code access is enabled for your key.
Use another phone/user that already has a valid LOQED key.
Charge your phone enough to open the LOQED app and connect over Bluetooth.
LOQED Pure
Use the included Shelly BLU Button if it has already been set up for your lock.
Use your PIN code only if your LOQED Pure has the optional LOQED Touch Display installed and code access is enabled.
Use another phone/user that already has a valid LOQED key, or charge your phone enough to use the LOQED app.
Set up backup options before you need them. A PIN code or button cannot help if it was never configured.
