Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure. This is an account procedure, not a lock-model procedure.
If you have a recovery token
Use your recovery token to recover your password. See Use your recovery token for a password reset.
If you do not have a recovery token
LOQED does not store your password and cannot reset it for you. If you cannot recover it, your LOQED account must be deleted before you can create a new account.
If you are the only administrator
If you delete the only administrator account, all keys and settings for that lock are lost. You need access to the inside of the lock to set it up again afterwards. See Reconfigure or reset your LOQED lock.
If another administrator exists
Delete your account, create a new LOQED account in the app, then ask another administrator to create and share a new key with you.
