Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure. This changes your LOQED account, not a specific lock model.
To change your LOQED account password or email address, follow these steps:
Log in with your existing LOQED account email address and password.
Enter the 6-digit two-step verification code.
Enter your current password in the CURRENT password field.
Enter your new password if you want to change it. If you only want to change your email address, keep the password fields unchanged.
Enter your new email address in the New e-mail fields.
Click Change now.
Open the verification email and complete the verification step.
