Set up Wi-Fi, LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway

Reconnect the LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway when your Wi-Fi network name or password changes.

Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure.

If you have a new router or changed your Wi-Fi name/password, reconfigure the connection device for your model. Your lock settings and keys remain unchanged.

Which device do I have?

  • LOQED Touch uses the LOQED Bridge.

  • LOQED Pure uses the LOQED BLU Gateway.

Reconfigure Wi-Fi

  1. Put the bridge or gateway into setup mode. For the LOQED Bridge, press the reset button for about 10 seconds until the light stays continuously white.

  2. Open the LOQED app and select your lock.

  3. Go to Settings and choose Configure Bridge or Configure Gateway, depending on your model.

  4. Tap Continue and follow the steps in the app.

Note: Only an administrator can set up or reconfigure the bridge/gateway. If you cannot see the light or the app cannot find the device, contact LOQED support via live chat in the app.
