The message No response from lock means the app could not get a response from the lock at that moment. This can be caused by the phone connection, the bridge/gateway connection, or the lock being temporarily unreachable.
Checks
Check that the data connection on your phone works.
If you are nearby, keep Bluetooth enabled and stand close to the lock.
Do not connect the LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway to a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot; these are often unstable.
Check the status light of the LOQED Bridge or LOQED BLU Gateway.
If the device appears online but the error remains, unplug the bridge/gateway for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
