Fix the "No response from lock" error message

If you encounter the error message "No response from lock," please follow the following steps to solve this issue.

  • Check That your data connection on your phone is working correctly.

  • Please do not connect the LOQED Bridge to a mobile WiFi hotspot, as these are known for instability.

  • Check de colour of the status LED on the bridge. If the LED is green, please unplug the bridge for 10 seconds, after which you plug it back in. if the LED isn't green please read this article: What does the colour of the LED mean on the LOQED Bridge?
