I lost my phone. What should I do?

Secure your LOQED account and lock access if your phone is lost or stolen.

Applies to: LOQED Touch and LOQED Pure.

If your phone is lost or stolen, change your LOQED account password as soon as possible. This logs the lost phone out and prevents it from opening your lock with the LOQED app.

Change your password

  1. Log in with your LOQED account. You can do this from a borrowed phone or computer, but do not save the password in someone else’s password manager.

  2. Enter your current password once and your new password twice.

  3. Click Change now.

If you cannot change the password

Ask another administrator of the lock to remove your key from the lock. After that, the lost phone can no longer use that key.

Getting back in

  • Use another phone where you are logged into your LOQED account.

  • Use a PIN code if your lock has a Touch Display and code access is enabled. LOQED Touch has a Touch Display by default; LOQED Pure only has it when the optional Touch Display is installed.

  • Use a configured Shelly BLU Button or another existing backup method if available.
