Return policy instruction for the LOQED Touch Smart Lock

Orders may be returned undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase without giving a reason.

To return a purchase, do the following:

  1. Open a chat conversation via the LOQED app or website. (Chat widget at the bottom right).

  2. Click on 'Return order 📦' and follow the steps.

A return label will automatically be created to send the product in.

After receipt and verification, it may take 10 business days for the purchase amount to be credited. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
