Return policy instruction for the LOQED Touch Smart Lock

  1. Contact our customer service team via live chat in your LOQED app to initiate a return. Provide your order number and a copy of the invoice.

  2. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  3. The product must be in its original condition, with all parts and accessories included.

  4. Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

  5. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange.

  6. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  7. In the event of a defective product, LOQED will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
