LOQED <> Shelly integration

Add your LOQED Touch Smart Lock to the Shelly Smart Control app so you can control it and use it as a trigger or action in scenes alongside your other Shelly devices.

LOQED is part of Shelly. Shelly has its own app – the Shelly Smart Control app – where you can control a wide range of smart devices and build scenes and automations across your whole home.

By linking your LOQED account to Shelly, your LOQED Touch Smart Lock becomes a device inside the Shelly ecosystem. You can then control it from the Shelly app and use it in scenes – both as a trigger (for example, do something when the door is opened) and as an action (for example, lock the door as part of a scene). This works through the LOQED Integrations API; you only need to link your account once.

Before you start

  • You need a LOQED account, and you must be the administrator of the lock.

  • You need the Shelly Smart Control app (on your phone) or the Shelly web interface, with a Shelly account.

  • Your LOQED Touch Smart Lock and its LOQED Bridge must be online. The bridge needs to be connected to Wi-Fi for the integration to work. If it is offline, make sure your LOQED Bridge is connected first.

This short video walks you through the whole process: ▶ Watch the video. The written steps follow underneath.

How to add your LOQED lock to Shelly

  1. Open the Shelly Smart Control app on your phone, or use the web interface.

  2. Tap the Settings icon, then swipe to the right to find the Integrations tab.

  3. Select the LOQED integration and tap Configure.

  4. Tap Add device.

  5. Log in with your LOQED account.

  6. When asked to link your account to Shelly, tap Approve.

  7. A list of your available locks is shown. Tap Add for each lock you want to add to the Shelly ecosystem.

  8. Give the device a name and assign it to a room.

  9. Tap Save.

That’s it – your LOQED Touch Smart Lock is now available in the Shelly app.

What you can do once it is added

  • Control the lock directly from the Shelly app – open it, unlock it (day lock) or lock it (night lock).

  • Use the lock as a trigger in a scene. For example, when the door is opened, turn on the hallway lights.

  • Use the lock as an action in a scene. For example, a “Leaving home” scene that locks the door and switches everything off.

Good to know

You keep managing the lock itself – keys, PIN codes, guest access and lock settings – in the LOQED app. The Shelly app is used for controlling the lock alongside your other Shelly devices and for building scenes and automations.
