The LOQED Touch Smart Lock is compatible with common PC/PZ sizes 55, 72, 92 and 110 mm, and the box includes black cover plates for those sizes.
In some doors, the inside motor module can also be installed successfully on an 85 mm or 88 mm PC/PZ distance. The backplate has screw holes for these sizes, so the lock can mechanically fit the door. However, because 85 mm and 88 mm are rare sizes that are only used in certain countries, these cover plates are not included in the box by default. This can leave a visible gap between the black cover around the motor knob and the housing.
What should I do?
Check whether your door uses an 85 mm or 88 mm PC/PZ distance.
Use the matching cover plate file below: one file is for PC85 and one file is for PC88.
Have the file printed by a 3D printing service, preferably in a high-quality black material.

Can Shelly/LOQED provide the cover?
Shelly is currently working on producing these 85 mm and 88 mm cover plates in higher quality. Once they are available, we expect to be able to send them to customers for free on request.
